Azalea Perfecto Mundo® Double White

Description:
Azalea Perfecto Mundo® Double White (Rhododendron x 'NCRX5') is a revolutionary reblooming azalea, delivering months of pure, elegant double white blooms. This compact, evergreen shrub flowers first in spring on old wood, then after a brief rest, bursts into a second (and sometimes third) round of blooms from mid-summer through fall, continuing until frost. The large, papery double flowers shine against deep green foliage, and the plant’s neat, rounded habit fits perfectly in borders, foundation plantings, containers, or as a specimen. Bred by Dr. Tom Ranney of NCSU, this Proven Winners® variety is also resistant to lace bugs, ensuring healthy, vibrant growth with minimal effort.
